Initial setup ke baad daily work me dialer aur calling tools me connectivity issues aate rahe jiski wajah se time waste hua. Database update thoda slow lag raha tha aur baar baar login karna padta tha. Sales team ne bataya tha ki support telephonic rahegi, par kabhi-kabhi response me der hoti thi. Invoicing aur payment process me bhi kuch confusion tha, bills time pe clear nahi aate they. Ek achhi baat ye thi ki software interface user-friendly tha aur training sessions me clarity thi, lekin ye chhoti problems daily use ko thoda frustrating banati thi.
