Day-to-day use matches expectations, some quirks remain
Using the WFHI software over several days gave me a clear view of its strengths and weak points. On a daily basis, the software performed as expected—calls were connected reliably through the dialer, and the database feature integrated well with my workflow. That said, I encountered occasional lag when switching between different sections of the dashboard, which slowed me down a little. The automatic updates did sometimes reboot the system at inconvenient times, though thankfully these happened mostly during inactive hours. Access controls worked as planned, but I had to contact support twice to clarify some permission settings, and the answers were generally helpful and timely. The invoicing and payment process remained straightforward, without surprises. I found the onboarding training resources comprehensive enough for daily use, though a few advanced features required some experimentation to get used to. Overall, the software mostly lived up to my expectations in real-world use, but some minor operational glitches made me wish for smoother performance during busy hours.
