Day-to-day training improved mostly because of clear follow-ups

Throughout the onboarding and training, what stood out most was the consistent follow-up on each part we completed. Every day, I noticed how the training materials aligned well with the software updates that had automatically rolled out. This made it easier to stay on track rather than feeling overwhelmed. The daily interaction with the software became more intuitive, thanks partly to the clear instructions provided gradually over time. The incremental approach helped cement my understanding far better than a one-off extensive training session might have, allowing me to get more comfortable day after day.
