Day-to-day support works but lacks a few basics
I have been using WFHI software's support regularly during my workdays. Generally, the telephonic assistance reacts reasonably quickly and provides clear guidance for common issues that arise. The priority assistance feature helps me when I have more urgent concerns, ensuring I am not left waiting too long. Over time, I've noticed the help maintains consistency without major delays. However, I do find certain limitations. For example, there is no visible chat support option for quick queries, which sometimes would have saved me time instead of switching to calls or emails. Also, I sometimes miss a comprehensive FAQ that covers some of the software’s quirks and common troubleshooting. Aside from these missing elements, daily support has been stable enough for me to keep working without larger interruptions. The onboarding and training parts were fine, but my primary interaction now is via the support channels, and they have met most of my routine needs effectively. Overall, if a quicker text-based or more detailed online resource was available, it would significantly improve the day-to-day experience.
