Day-to-day support thoda slow tha but onboarding sahi tha
Pehle din software ko leke jo experience tha wo theek tha, sign-up process smooth gaya tha aur training bhi acchi mili thi. Lekin jaise jaise din beete, daily support thoda slow hone laga. Calls lagane pe dialer theek se respond nahi karta tha kabhi kabhi, database feature bhi ek do baar slow ho gaya tha mera kaam karne mein dikkat hui. Telephonic support ka jawab milta tha, par baar baar wait karna padta tha aur queries ka solution bhi thoda late milta tha. Invoice aur payment process mein koi problem nahi aayi, wo to theek tha. Automatic updates ne kabhi kisi function ko disturb nahi kiya, bas ye jo daily usage ka issue tha wo thoda frustrating lag raha tha. Overall maybe onboarding mein sab theek tha, par daily basis par thodi better reliability chahiye thi mujhe. I am hoping ki ye cheeze improve hongi next time jab main software use karungi.
