Day to day it often stumbles, but the dialer held up
After the initial onboarding, I found that the training software’s day-to-day performance was lacking in several ways. There were frequent glitches during sessions, often causing abrupt pauses or freezing, which interrupted the flow and made it hard to concentrate. The lessons sometimes skipped or repeated themselves without warning, leading to confusion about whether I had completed certain modules. Navigating the database feature was similarly frustrating, as it did not always save updates correctly. On a more positive note, the dialer and calling tools worked reliably throughout this period and were easy to use, which was a relief since I depended on them for remote communications. Telephonic support was friendly but couldn’t always offer immediate fixes for the recurring software hiccups. Overall, while a single part of the software—the dialer—was dependable, the general instability day to day made the training experience significantly more difficult than it should have been.
