day-to-day access issues made it frustrating
I was hoping the software would just work smoothly after the first login but that wasn’t the case at all. Every day I faced odd glitches where the database wouldn’t load right, or the calling tools would lag. It took me quite a while to actually trust the system, because I kept wondering if the problem was on my end or theirs. The moment it clicked for me was when I realized the dialer had issues connecting calls during peak hours. That was the only positive in the mess because the training and onboarding were quite confusing and didn’t prepare me for these performance issues. I wished the updates were more frequent or brought improvements instead of new bugs. Overall, it felt like a constant battle against lag and random errors, which isn’t what you want from software you rely on day-to-day. I think for those who are okay with occasional hiccups, it might not be so bad. But for me, I wanted something reliable – something that just worked without having to troubleshoot every day. Sadly, that moment of realization was mostly negative, making me seriously reconsider continuing long-term with this platform. Support was slow to respond too, so I didn’t feel much confidence in getting help anytime soon either.
