Database sync functioning well during errors

I noticed that when I encountered issues like brief disconnects or software freezes, the database synchronization feature performed reliably. It queued updates and pushed them through automatically once the connection was restored, which prevented data loss. On the other hand, the dialing tool occasionally dropped calls unexpectedly without a clear error message, which was inconvenient. The automatic updates rolled out smoothly and didn't interrupt work sessions, which was helpful. Support answered my telephonic queries fairly promptly, though sometimes the explanation lacked the detail I needed to fully understand why certain errors occurred. The onboarding and training materials prepared me for these scenarios but didn’t cover every edge case, which is understandable. Sign-up, invoicing, and payment processes were clear and hassle-free. Overall, the database feature’s handling of errors stood out as a strong point, while the dialer’s occasional instability was a small but noticeable weakness in an otherwise consistent software environment.
