Uske bina dialer ya calling tools sahi se use nahi kar paayi thi. Support wali baat theek thi, par woh bhi kabhi-kabhi delay se reply karte they. Training material mein basics clear thi, par advance cheezein totally chhodi gayi thi. Automatic updates se kuch naye features aaye, lekin unka effect samajhna bhi thoda mushkil tha. Payment aur invoice system mein koi shak nahi tha; woh simple aur clear tha. Lekin overall mujhe laga ki poora software jyada user-friendly ban sakta tha. Agar wo starting mein better guidance dete toh main itna struggle nahi karti. Ye day-to-day use ke liye itna helpful nahi lagta.
