Database feature was the only part I found straightforward
I started using WFHI’s software with some hesitation, especially around how easy it would be to access and manage the tools I needed for remote workflows. The sign-up and payment process were okay, nothing remarkable, but not confusing either. However, when I tried to get the calling tools and dialer set up, I found myself unsure whether I had configured everything correctly. The training and onboarding were decent but left me feeling like I hadn’t grasped all the details properly. Automatic updates sometimes altered settings without clear notification, which didn’t really boost my confidence. The telephonic support tried to be helpful but occasionally seemed stretched thin and not immediately ready with clear answers. Among all these, the database feature stood out as something that I could use fairly confidently; it was intuitive and met my needs without much hassle. By the end, I was still uncertain about some aspects of the software’s accessibility and the calling tool setup, but at least I knew the database part was manageable. So the only part that really stood out in a positive way for me was the database feature.
