Database access matched expectations but dialer had issues
Before I started using the WFHI software, I was looking primarily for a reliable database feature along with access controls for managing remote workflows efficiently. The database matched what I expected; it was user-friendly and allowed me to organize contacts and call logs effectively, which helped streamline part of my daily routine. However, the calling tools and dialer did not perform as smoothly. I encountered frequent disconnections during calls and some syncing problems with the call records, which were frustrating when trying to maintain continuity in communication. The software updates happened automatically, which was convenient, but they didn't fix some dialer bugs quickly enough. The sign-up and payment process was straightforward and transparent, and I had no problems getting started and securing access. Telephonic support was available, but the assistance felt generic at times and did not address the dialer issues fully. So, while the software did meet my needs for data management quite well, the calling aspects still require improvement to be fully reliable for someone depending on them day to day. I think it can do the job but not without some patience on the calling side.
