Dialer thik thak chal raha tha, par kabhi kabhi lagta tha ki updates thoda late aate hain which causes thodi problem. Training sessions samajh mein aate hain par on-demand help aur thodi fast milni chahiye thi. Telephonic support team polite thi aur samasya ko dhyan se sunti thi, par kabhi kabhi solution provide karne mein waqt lagta tha. Overall, software kaafi better hai lekin support mein chhota sa gap mehsoos hua jo fill ho sakta tha.
