Daily glitches overshadowed occasional good support
Throughout my experience with WFHI training and onboarding, I found the day-to-day behavior of the software more frustrating than helpful. Although the initial setup was manageable and the first-call explanations decent, the software's performance during regular use left much to be desired. The dialer would often stall mid-call or disconnect unexpectedly, which disrupted my workflow repeatedly. On the better side, I appreciated that the telephonic support was accessible and generally patient, and sometimes they offered quick solutions for minor bugs. Unfortunately, these fixes didn't last long, and the issues seemed to recur daily, which made consistent progress difficult. The training materials covered most features, but reality was that the frequent glitches meant I had to spend more time troubleshooting than learning or applying the software effectively. While invoicing and payment processes were smooth enough, the stress from ongoing technical difficulties outweighed these positives. I was hoping for a more stable experience overall. The standout negative was definitely how unreliable the software was on a routine basis, which really hindered my confidence in continuing to use it.
