Curious and hopeful, figuring it out largely on my own
I remember feeling that mix of curiosity and slight uncertainty as I explored WFHI prior to purchase. The sales process itself didn’t bombard me with calls or pushy explanations, which I actually appreciated given the complexity of remote workflow software. What stood out, however, was a moment when I realized I had to really figure out much of the system’s functionality by myself; there wasn’t an in-depth guided walkthrough up front. This made me initially apprehensive but also empowered me to explore at my own pace. Later on, the training sessions filled in many blanks, clarifying how to best use the dialer and the database features, but at first it was a lot of piecing things together through trial and error. That moment when I finally felt the platform click was when the automatic updates started reflecting immediately on my dashboard, proving the system was actively syncing with my workday. Overall, this experience has led me to trust my own learnability alongside the product’s capabilities rather than expecting everything to be spelled out from the beginning.
