Access ki baat karo to software ne ek baar jab crash kiya tha tab dialer puri tarah fail ho gaya tha. Us waqt main kaafi pareshaan thi kyunki kuch important calls karni thi. System recovery process thodi slow thi aur mujhe manually restart karna pada, automatic update ne zyada madad nahi ki. Baaki days me software thik-thak chal raha tha, par wo specific crash ke time kaafi problem create hua. Database integration bhi thoda delay dikhata tha kabhi kabhi, jisse workflow slow hota tha. Overall main itna satisfied nahi thi kyunki software ka ye flaw mera kaam dull kar raha tha. Lekin support ne ek baar issue ko acknowledge kiya, wo toh sahi tha.
