Couldn’t get comfortable with the interface in the end

I tried the WFHI software with a lot of hope, but ultimately the experience left me quite frustrated and unable to make real progress. The biggest issue was with the way the software labeled its features and functions; many of the terms used were either ambiguous or inconsistent. Sometimes it wasn’t clear whether a button led to dialing or scheduling, or if a database entry meant a contact or a project, which made navigation unnecessarily confusing. While I appreciate that certain training modules tried to clarify this, they didn’t fully compensate for the ambiguous wording. I can see how some users might adapt over time, but for me, this step alone posed a barrier. On the other hand, I want to acknowledge that automatic updates were seamless and the payment system worked without a hiccup, which were positives in an otherwise difficult experience. Unfortunately, these technical and labeling issues kept me from efficiently accessing the features I needed. I expected the platform to be more intuitive based on the promotional materials, but my day-to-day use was marred by uncertainties. In the end, I couldn’t say the software worked well enough to continue engaging with it.
