couldn't find what i was looking for at all
Honestly, trying to find any feature or info I needed was just frustrating the whole time. I kept clicking around, hoping the software would somehow guide me but it felt like I was just stuck in a maze with no exit. The search function was supposed to help but didn’t show anything relevant, and the dashboard was all over the place to figure out quickly. I don’t know why it was so complicated because I just wanted basic access to some listings and calling tools, but it was almost impossible to get to without diving through multiple menus. I thought automatic updates would fix these problems but no, everything still felt clunky. Even the onboarding flow that was meant to help got me more confused. I spent way more time than I should have trying to sort out my account details and payment, which added to my frustration. Really disappointing overall, I just felt stuck and helpless the entire time with this software.
