The training materials and onboarding process seemed designed around a standard nine-to-five schedule, which didn't quite fit the hours I usually work. While the content itself was okay, the live sessions felt inflexible, and I often found myself missing parts due to timing mismatches. Recorded materials helped, but the guidance for adapting workflows to non-traditional hours was lacking. I understand the need for structure, but a bit more customization would have been beneficial. Overall, though the trainers were clear and the onboarding thorough, it left me wishing the modules were better tailored to diverse work timings.
