After the initial setup hiccups, using the software day to day was pretty smooth, which gave me a good feeling overall. Support calls are handled fairly quickly, though not always instantly, but the staff are knowledgeable and helpful once connected. I appreciated how they explained things without making me feel rushed, especially when I had issues with the dialer. On the flip side, sometimes the automatic updates would change things slightly that took me a bit of time to get used to.
