Consistent support as expected, day after day
I expected the telephonic support to be fairly reliable, and that’s exactly what I got after the initial onboarding. The support team consistently responded within a reasonable time frame and the representatives were generally clear in communicating solutions for day-to-day issues that arose. There wasn't a big learning curve to get used to their style, which made troubleshooting on the fly more manageable. I did anticipate some delays or misunderstandings, but overall, the communication was straightforward and effective, which aligned well with my expectations. The priority assistance feature worked regularly without noticeable disruption, providing peace of mind during critical times. While support didn’t always address every small niggle perfectly, it was good enough to keep things moving without major interruptions or frustrations.
