Consistent software reliability impressed me
Day to day, the software behaved in a consistent manner which I find important for long-term use. At first, I noticed some slight issues around connectivity with the dialer, causing brief pauses in calls, but these resolved quite quickly after automatic updates. On the other hand, workflow management via the database feature never really caused me any hiccups. I appreciate how the software integrates multiple elements like calling, data tracking, and updating in one place. Over time, it just felt smooth and stable, without random disruptions. It’s rare for software to maintain such a balance between complexity and ease, but this one pulled it off well by consistently working as expected.
