Consistent Effort Required for Support
In terms of day-to-day support, my experience has been a mixed bag. On one hand, telephonic support is available and they do try to assist whenever contacted. However, I did observe that receiving actual substantive help often demanded quite a bit of persistence from my side. Several times, I had to explain issues multiple times before a clearer solution was provided. Regarding the training and onboarding, instructions were generally understandable, but I found some gaps when applying training to real use cases in the calling tools and software. Automatic updates occasionally changed interface elements without much notice, which added to minor confusion in daily workflow. On a positive note, the invoicing and payment processes went smoothly, and signing up was straightforward. I appreciate that help is there when you need it, but I believe the ongoing communication could be streamlined to reduce repeated efforts. Overall, engaging with the support team requires a certain level of patience and effort greater than I had initially expected.
