Considerable effort was required to clearly understand the onboarding process
I found the onboarding and training quite demanding, as the explanations provided could have been clearer and more structured. While the training sessions covered essential aspects of configuring the remote workflow software, some of the modules seemed rushed and left me uncertain about specific functionalities. The documentation, although present, lacked detailed examples, requiring me to revisit the sessions multiple times to grasp certain concepts adequately. Setup of the calling tools and database integration involved a learning curve that was not entirely anticipated. Yet, support via telephonic assistance was available, offering guidance when I reached out, but it did not eliminate the initial confusions. The invoicing and payment processes were straightforward in comparison, with no issues completing sign-up. Overall, the experience demanded a considerable amount of personal effort and persistence to ensure I understood how to operate the software fully. This might be challenging for users expecting a quicker or more intuitive onboarding flow. I believe additional clarification and more comprehensive training materials could significantly reduce the time investment needed to become proficient with WFHI’s offerings.
