Considerable effort needed to fit this into my working hours
My experience with the pre-purchase and sales process was rather disappointing because it did not align well with my actual working hours, which created significant inconvenience. Attempting to communicate with the sales team outside their listed office times proved challenging, as emails often went unanswered for long periods. Although some telephonic support was available, the available slots were mostly during my personal commitments, which made it difficult for me to gather the necessary information promptly. I also found the onboarding demonstrations scheduled at fixed hours, which did not consider the diversity of users' actual working schedules, thereby forcing me to reorganize my days more than I expected. This lack of flexibility complicated my initial engagement with the software and created unnecessary hurdles that could have been avoided with a more user-friendly approach. While I acknowledge that the sales materials were informative and that the team was polite, the overall effort it took for me to align these sessions with my working hours was quite high and frankly not suitable for someone like me. My recommendation would be for WFHI to offer more customizable scheduling options to accommodate diverse clientele better.
