Considerable effort compared to previous tools
Switching to WorkFromHomeIndia's software and training wasn't as effortless as I expected based on my prior experience with similar platforms. The sales and pre-purchase information promised a seamless transition, but setting things up required much more time than I thought. The onboarding sequence, while detailed, was quite dense and needed careful attention to avoid missing important steps. Compared to other solutions I had used, the training felt less intuitive and needed constant reference back to instructions. Though the automatic updates eventually helped stabilize the software environment, the dialing tools required frequent adjustments before they worked as intended for my workflow. Also, the database feature, which I was really counting on, lacked some filters that made managing records easier in previous tools. The sign-up and invoicing process was clear, but the occasional ambiguity in billing terms meant I had to seek telephonic support multiple times, which extended the setup period. Overall, it took much longer and required more patience than I anticipated. While the software eventually became usable, this effort compared with what I had known earlier made me rethink whether the transition was worth the temporary disruption.
