Confusing terms in sales documentation

The sales and pre-purchase information I encountered had some clarity issues. While the overall introduction to the software looked promising, the specific wording used in the brochure and website left me scratching my head. Terms like "Workflow alignment" And "Priority assistance" Were used but not clearly explained in context, making me unsure what exactly I would get if I signed up. On the other hand, the invoice process was straightforward and never caused much trouble. Some explanations about the dialing tools were good, but the ambiguity in how updates worked was frustrating. It seemed like the promises didn’t always match with the actual features available during onboarding. I also noticed the support options could have been better highlighted, so I wasn’t sure about how to reach help initially. Overall, some aspects were fine, especially the documentation related to billing, but the confusing language made the sales stage less transparent than I had hoped. That’s why I can’t rate this highly despite liking certain parts.
