Confusing terminology made it tricky at first

Honestly, the whole signing up and exploring the software felt a bit chaotic due to the way they labeled things. At first glance, the dashboard design looked fine but the naming on buttons, like 'start call session' versus 'launch dialer,' seemed to overlap and confused me quite a bit. I mean, it's not that I am new to software workflows but even after spending time, I kept having to guess which feature did what. The labels felt inconsistent and that made the onboarding process longer and less intuitive. The database feature actually worked fine, it's just all the word choices slowed me down and made me hesitate before clicking. I guess their updates tried to fix some of it but the terminology still doesn't make much sense in places. On the plus side, their telephonic support could explain things pretty well once I reached out, so that was decent. But really I wish they spent more time making their UI labels clearer instead of relying on support to explain. Overall it was frustrating because when the words don't match the function, user experience suffers. The software behind it seems okay, I just struggled because the presentation wasn't quite logical to me.
