Confusing terminology in training caused unexpected delays

I was quite surprised by the confusing language used during the training and onboarding process. The labeling of tools and instructions often included jargon that was not immediately clear, which made navigating the software difficult in the initial stages. I expected more straightforward directions, but instead I found myself repeatedly consulting support to clarify what certain buttons or features actually did. For example, the database section was described with terms that seemed too technical, leading to mistakes in organizing my contacts. The steps to set up the dialer were also not clearly outlined, and in some cases, the on-screen labels did not match the guidance provided during training. While I must concede that the telephonic support team was patient and somewhat helpful when I reached out, the overall impression was one of frustration caused by ambiguous wording. Onboarding should ideally empower users, but here it felt like a barrier rather than an assistance. I hope the training materials and software labels get revised for clarity, as this would greatly improve the user experience and reduce the need for repeated clarifications.
