Confusing software access made me doubt future use
I found the software access setup unnecessarily complex, which was frustrating. Even after going through the onboarding steps, I felt I might need help again next time because some features were not intuitive. The sign-up and database access process felt clunky; labels didn’t explain functionalities very well. While the automatic updates seemed fine and did not interrupt my workflow, the initial confusion about permissions and tooling made me hesitant. I appreciate that the payment and invoicing were handled smoothly, but the software itself still leaves me unsure if I will not encounter the same difficulties repeatedly. I hope future improvements will make it easier to use without external guidance. For now, I’d say the confusing navigation stood out strongly and is a barrier to confident independent use.
