I encountered several issues during the sign-up process that left me feeling quite frustrated. Initially, I couldn’t find enough guidance on their website regarding the steps I needed to take. I felt unsure about filling out necessary information and there were moments when the instructions were unclear, creating confusion. Even after multiple attempts, I struggled to understand the invoicing setup as well. While I eventually managed to register, it shouldn’t have felt as complicated as it did. Clearer, more concise instructions could really improve this initial experience.
