Confusing setup and unclear ongoing demands
The sales and pre-purchase process was disappointing from my perspective. At first, I expected the setup to be straightforward and mostly one-off, but that was far from reality. The information I received about the ongoing requirements was vague, making it hard to understand what kind of continued commitment or technical work would be needed on my part. There was little clarity about how regularly I would need to update or maintain the software, or if additional training would be necessary beyond the initial onboarding. This lack of transparency left me confused, and I struggled to make sense of whether this product truly fit my needs. The payment and invoicing appeared more organized, but without clarity on setup and ongoing usage, I remained frustrated. Overall, the process failed to set proper expectations, which, in my opinion, is critical before making a decision. I found this aspect poor and discouraging, and frankly, I would hesitate to recommend for anyone who wants a clear, no-nonsense introduction to the software used for managing remote workflows.
