Confusing product labels stood out unfortunately
In my experience during the sales and pre-purchase phase, the language used in the product descriptions and labels sometimes felt ambiguous and at odds with what I expected. Some titles used for software features seemed to overlap, making it hard to distinguish between what was included and what was optional. This mislabeling caused me to hesitate before signing up, as clarity is important when you are investing in tools you plan to rely on. On the positive side, the sales team were available for queries and provided reasonable explanations upon request, clarifying some of the uncertain points about product capabilities and billing. The onboarding process was initiated smoothly once purchased, although the initial hesitation could have been avoided with clearer terms. The dialer software demonstrated efficient integration with the training, and database access was straightforward once I got past the initial confusion. Overall, communication on labels and descriptions could be tightened to avoid misinterpretation, though support assistance partially compensated for these issues.
