Confusing labels ruined the whole experience

When I first encountered the software, the labels on the dashboard felt utterly baffling. I was trying to set up the calling tools, but the names given to features didn’t seem aligned with what I expected, making navigation frustrating. At one point, I thought I was in the database section, but the wording suggested something else entirely. The signup flow wasn’t much better; I felt lost, unsure of what steps to follow. The invoicing terms weren’t clear either, and I hesitated before making payments, not knowing how those transactions would show up or if they'd trigger additional processes. I reached out to telephonic support because of these confusions, but despite that, the help felt generic and not tailored to the odd wording issues. Overall, the experience was draining because the terminology did not make sense to me, and it made me doubt if this product would actually fit into my remote workflow. I was particularly hopeful about the automatic updates feature helping things get simpler with time, but that didn’t seem to bridge the gap between the odd terms and actual usefulness. It was as if the interface was designed by people who forgot their own language sometimes. Although I wanted to get going fast, the mixed signals delivered by the words ensured that I wasted plenty of time spinning my wheels.
