confusing labels ruined the rest

Honestly the software seemed promising but the labeling was a nightmare. I found many parts poorly worded and hard to understand. Especially the dashboard where I spent a lot of time guessing what the buttons meant. It was all pretty frustrating because if labels were clearer I think the actual tools could work fine. The one part I could get around was the basic database feature which at least had some logic to it. But overall navigating felt like a puzzle. Also the help menus didn’t explain terms well so I couldn’t rely on them much. A better terminology and simpler wording would have made a big difference for me. I stuck around because the calling tools seemed useful, but the confusion slowed me down quite a lot. To be fair the automatic updates installed without problems, that was smooth. Still, the poor wording made it hard to fully access the software’s potential. It felt like whoever designed it assumed too much prior knowledge without explaining well.
