Confusing labels par overall good feel tha
I found the overall feel of the support quite good, with prompt responses and helpful advice, but the wording and labels in the software dashboard sometimes thodi confusing lagti thi. Like, the names for some call statuses or database tags were not instantly clear to me, which thoda delay karta tha samajhne mein ki kya karna hai. Par jab support team se baat ki toh unhone asani se clarify kar diya, so at least there was good backup. I also liked that the interface was mostly user-friendly once you got used to the terminology. Toh main kahunga ki thoda initial confusion toh raha, lekin wajood mein experience positive tha, especially jab call dialer aur related tools ki baat aayi. Sochta hoon ki agar labels thode aur simple hote toh experience aur smooth hota, but I'm happy with how support handled the questions and helped me with it overall.
