Confusing labels made whole experience frustrating

I found the software extremely confusing because the wording used for different functions was unclear. From the moment I tried to access the database tool, the labels and descriptions felt inconsistent and often misleading. This made even straightforward tasks more difficult than necessary. The dialer interface was no exception; calls were hard to manage due to poor labeling of important buttons and options. Training materials did not clear up these ambiguities either, as they seemed generic and failed to relate specifically to the confusing terms used in the software. Onboarding lacked clarity in instructions, leaving me uncertain about how to proceed with simple workflows. Despite multiple attempts to use support services, the telephonic assistance wasn’t able to offer extensive help with these issues. Overall, the software felt like a puzzle with missing pieces, and navigating it became a frustrating experience from start to finish.
