Confusing labels made me feel stuck from the start

Honestly, I was excited to begin with WFHI's training, expecting it to be straightforward and clear. Instead, I found myself confused at many steps because the wording and labels used in the software made little sense to me. The onboarding flow promised to be simple but when I reached the dialer and database settings, clicking around became frustrating. The terms were not intuitive, and I often had to guess which option to select to move forward. Though the training material was enthusiastic in tone and tried to explain the functions, the mismatch between label names and what the buttons actually did kept slowing me down. Sign-up and invoicing processes were acceptable but didn't help smooth over these frustrations. I expected a smoother learning curve and clearer terminology to make remote workflow management feel achievable, but this attempt left me feeling stuck, despite being keen at first. If the labels were more user-friendly, I think I would have felt more motivated to keep progressing and use the software successfully.
