Confusing Labels Left Me Unsure About What to Expect

I felt quite frustrated with how the sales information was presented before making a decision. The wording used in feature descriptions and package details sometimes seemed vague or misleading, which made it difficult to know exactly what I was signing up for. On the other hand, I have to admit that the people I interacted with were fairly polite and tried to clarify my doubts even if the materials were not so clear. Despite that, the inconsistent labels made things unnecessarily complicated and led me to double-check several terms multiple times. I wish the sales process had more straightforward labeling with less jargon so that users like me don't get lost. However, it wasn’t a total loss because the software’s payment and sign-up steps ended up being relatively simple once I committed. The experience overall left me feeling uncertain about the initial stages of understanding the service, so I think refining the wording will help future customers avoid this confusion.
