Confusing labels, except the sign-up section was okay

From the start, the sales materials and especially the labeling on the website seemed rather inconsistent to me. Terms used for certain software features were not clearly explained, which made understanding what exactly was included difficult. Some product descriptions appeared to overlap or contradict each other, raising questions about what would actually be delivered. The sign-up process, however, was straightforward with clear instructions and expectations, which I appreciated. It was odd that elsewhere the wording felt muddled, considering the importance of clarity for a remote workflow tool. I found myself uncertain during the initial browsing of their offerings because the descriptions did not align with my previous experience using similar software. The database functionality, for instance, had ambiguous labels that didn’t indicate how it integrated with other modules. Despite the rest of the site causing confusion, the upfront communication regarding pricing and billing was relatively transparent and simple. Overall, while the sales pitch was lacking in clarity apart from a decent sign-up experience, the inconsistency in terminology gave me enough pause to reconsider before fully committing. More precise and uniform descriptions for all software features would greatly improve prospective customer understanding.
