Confusing labels but invoicing was clear

The sales and pre-purchase materials I encountered were slightly confusing because of inconsistent wording and unclear labels throughout the software. Particularly during the onboarding process, many terms did not match my expectations or prior knowledge, which made it harder to follow some steps effectively. I struggled to interpret whether certain features were included or optional due to ambiguous labels. However, I will say that the invoicing itself was handled very clearly. The invoice documentation was straightforward, with no hidden elements or confusing information, which helped me keep track of payments without any trouble. The payment process aligned well with what was promised too. That said, I would like to see the company work on aligning their labels and terminology more consistently across the entire platform to avoid user confusion from the very start. It’s difficult to fully appreciate the software if the initial explanations and wordings are not transparent enough. Despite the one clear positive being invoicing, the rest of the pre-purchase experience could use improvement.
