Confusing labels and wording really surprised me negatively

Looking back on my experience with WFHI's pre-purchase materials and sales process, what stood out most was how confusing the wording and labels were across the platform. I initially assumed that the steps for signing up and accessing training would be clear, but I found myself stumbling over terms that seemed inconsistent or poorly explained. For instance, some buttons were labeled in ways that didn't match their actual function, leading to repeated mistakes in setting up the dialer and database features. It took me longer than expected to realize how the automatic updates influenced software availability during use, and that added a layer of unpredictability I hadn't anticipated. Even the telephonic support didn't clarify these issues thoroughly because of the contradictory language in training and documentation. Reflecting now, I’m surprised by how much better it could have been if the developers invested more time in clear labeling and straightforward descriptions. This lack of clarity negatively affected my impression and made me less inclined to fully rely on the system.
