Confusing labels and unclear wording left me frustrated

You need to take a look at how confusing the wording and labels are within your software. From the start, it felt like I was guessing what each function did because the terms weren’t intuitive or consistent. This inconsistency in naming made using the dashboard more complicated than it had to be, especially when trying to manage calling tools and the database. Even some parts of the invoicing section seemed poorly labeled, which led me to double-check whether payments went through correctly. While I appreciate the availability of telephonic support, having to call them frequently just to understand basic labels wastes time. The unclear captions might explain why I struggled initially, and you could improve user confidence by tidying up all text within the software. Right now, it leaves me feeling annoyed rather than productive, which isn’t what software tools should do in a work-from-home context.
