Confusing labels and instructions made support frustrating
Throughout my experience with the support and communication process, I found the wording and labels to be consistently confusing. Initially, when I tried to navigate the dashboard to locate the help section, the labels were not intuitive and did not clearly describe their functions. When I reached out to telephonic support, the representative used terminology that did not match what I saw on screen, leading to a back-and-forth where I felt more puzzled than helped. The automatic update notifications also contained messages that were vague, making it difficult to understand if an action was required from my side. Signing up and making payments was straightforward enough, but the instructions that accompanied those steps were often technical or ambiguous. At times, features like the dialer and database seemed disconnected because of unclear guidance on integration. Overall, the entire process felt like trying to decode a foreign language rather than receiving straightforward assistance, which added a lot of unnecessary stress and wasted time. It felt like the user experience was not fully considered from a communication perspective.
