Confusing label stood out the most
The training and onboarding seemed designed to guide users smoothly, but for me, the wording and the labels were often unclear and created a lot of confusion. While most steps were straightforward, one particular label kept making me second guess what action was required. It felt like the instructions sometimes used jargon or ambiguous terms that didn't map well to the interface elements. I appreciated having access to telephonic support to clarify some points, but even then, that specific wording issue made the process frustrating. The sign-up and payment process itself was okay, but the onboarding flow really lost me at times because of those unclear labels. I had hoped that the training content would be more intuitive and explanatory, especially around the calling tools and database features, but it felt like there was a gap between what was said and what actually appeared in the software. Because of this, I couldn’t benefit fully from the automatic updates or explore the dialer easily on my first try. In summary, the onboarding materials need better clarity in wording to be truly effective for new users like me.
