Confusing billing flow ruined what could've been simple

The moment it clicked for me wasn’t a good one; I was halfway through the process, expecting to move from signing up straight to getting access, but instead, I stumbled upon a billing step that seemed out of order. I wasn’t prepared to provide payment details so early without fully understanding what I was committing to. After that, the whole payment system felt unclear and a bit muddled. I was unsure if I had been charged correctly or what the invoice really referred to, and when I tried to make sense of the order, the instructions and error messages didn’t help much. The steps to complete the transaction weren’t laid out in a logical sequence to me, which wasted a lot of my time and patience. I’m left frustrated because I had wanted a straightforward experience, but this part felt like a maze. Beyond that specific issue, I’m not sure how the rest plays out, but the beginning wasn’t promising at all, and that’s put me off from diving deeper or recommending it.
