Confusing and inconsistent terminology made it tough

The whole training and onboarding process felt unnecessarily complicated because the labels and wording used throughout the software were unclear. From the start, I found myself puzzled as to what some terms meant and how certain features were supposed to function. For instance, the description of the dialer feature didn’t quite match how it behaved in practice, which added to the frustration. The onboarding instructions sometimes contradicted each other, making progress slower and less intuitive. That said, I will admit that the basic layout of the database feature was okay and somewhat user-friendly, so navigating there was okay once I got past the phrasing issues. Automatic updates didn’t cause much trouble, so at least that part was fine. Overall, this felt like a setup full of jargon and unclear direction which repeatedly forced me to second-guess what I was doing. This experience left me feeling that a clearer, more consistent language approach would have made training much less challenging and the software easier to adopt for someone new like me.
