Confusing and disorganized support steps

Confusing and disorganized support steps

Honestly, the support process felt all over the place and poorly structured. I followed the instructions but the steps they wanted me to take didn’t seem logical or in any sensible order. One minute they’d tell me to configure the database before the dialer, then the opposite in the next call. It felt like no one had a clear roadmap, and the telephonic support seemed to pass me from one person to another without resolving much. The training modules were decent but didn’t help much with real-time issues I faced next. On top of that, invoicing and payment information wasn’t clearly explained during the support calls, which added to the feeling of confusion. Automatic updates were fine, no trouble there, but that didn’t fix the bigger problem with communication. Overall, I found the whole support experience frustrating because it lacked a structured flow and sensible order. If I had expected better guidance and clear sequencing, I was left disappointed with how things actually unfolded.
