Confused by your labels and wording

You need to rethink how your software displays information because the wording you used on the dashboard and in the calling tools makes things unnecessarily confusing. When I first tried to navigate the database feature, the labels were not clear about what action was required, and I often had to guess what certain buttons would do. It felt like you assumed a certain level of familiarity that users might not have after onboarding. The invoicing section also had vague terms that didn’t clearly state the billing period or total charges, making it difficult for me to verify my payments easily. Even the support team struggled at times to explain these terms clearly over the phone, which was surprising. I expected the language and labels to guide new users through each step, not add another layer of difficulty. Also, the sign-up flow used some technical jargon that was not intuitive, and I had to re-read passages multiple times before understanding. I suggest simplifying your wording to make the product easier to use for people who aren’t very tech-savvy. Right now, the experience feels more cumbersome because it's not obvious what each part of the software really does. It would be better if the interface and communication were designed to be self-explanatory rather than requiring repeated support calls just to figure out basic functions.
