Confused by labels, ended up not subscribing

When I was exploring the WFHI product, I found that some of the wording used in the sales materials and sign-up forms didn’t make much sense. For example, the descriptions of different software features like the 'priority assistance' and 'automatic updates' were vague or overly technical, which made it hard to grasp what was actually included or how it might help my team. I recall one button labelled 'Activate full access,' but there was no clear explanation of whether that was mandatory or optional. Because of this, I felt uncertain whether I was choosing the right option, especially concerning the dialing tools and database functions. The lack of straightforward labels and clear explanations led me to pause and eventually decide not to purchase at that time, as I couldn’t be sure what exactly I was committing to. So, the result was that I didn't complete the sign-up due to these confusing texts.
