Confused but ek thoda hopeful feel ho raha hai
Mujhe initially bahut doubt tha about support and communication. Jab maine support ko call kiya, toh response thoda slow tha. Thoda frustrated bhi hua tha because baar-baar mujhe same baat repeat karni padti thi and solution milna mushkil tha. Lekin thodi der baad jab training ke baare mein poocha toh unhone patience se samjhaya ki process kaise chalti hai. Ye thoda acha laga kyunki main confuse ho raha tha ki mera issue solve hoga ki nahi. Database feature bhi sometimes lag karta tha, calls connect hone mein time lagta tha, lekin at least support ne try kiya. Automatic updates bhi thoda annoying lage initially because workflow ruk jata tha beech mein. Abhi ke liye thoda cautious hoon ki future mein ye software kitna reliable hoga, par thoda confident feel kar raha hoon ki agar main consistent rahoon toh kaam ho sakta hai. Mujhe lagta hai ismein improvement ki gunjaish hai, but overall support ka approach fir bhi positive tha.
